Every brand has its own intermediate set so the choice is up to you..what’s your favourite brand, the one you do like more…
I suggest you to go visiting the pro shops around your place…you might find good deals on second hand sets…I have found a Callaway X serie full set (4to9,pw,sw) plus 1 & 3 big bertha woods, odissey putter and bag discounted by 60% of the real price…really a good deal!!!

One usually doesn’t graduate from a beginners set to intermediate to another stage in golflng longevity. The set purchased as a beginner might very well serve the player for a golf lifetime. Others who believe that clubs make the player will get the latest fad looking for the ” magic wands” which they seldom find. Once the person finds that golf is a pastime which will endure, he may purchase clubs fitted to his swing and usually of a better brand. In a sense that may be your answer. As you become more skillful you feel the need for better equipment.

! would go somewhere where you can hit all these clubs before you buy them and see how they feel for you. Thats what golf is all about ….how the club and the shot feels in your hands…not someone elses. If you want a decent set of clubs for that preice (irons) I would look at those Tommy Armour 855’s.
