Do you think that I have a good golf set?

I’m 14 years old with about a 12-13 handicap. I have been playing for only around six months. I am going to try out for the Freshman golf team at my school so I want to know if my clubs are up to par.

Hey Ohio_Golfer34, you’re right about the hard work. I caddied, and cleaned clubs at my course for years. I also work at a local Golfsmith.

Just changed from the Ping I-3+ irons black dot wit stiff flex irons to the Callaway X-20 tour irons with project-x rifle shafts-stiff flex. got the X-tour wedges 54 and 58 deg. change from the Taylormade nubbins putter to the Odssey-xg blade putter, changed from the titlest 983k 9.5 deg driver to the Callaway FT-5, 9 deg. and kept my taylormade V-steel 3 and 5 woods.

My handicap was 11.8 usga. I have shot the last four rounds of golf with this whole new club set with average score of 76-78 with my last round at 73. whats going on? Its great but weird!
